Pacific Polo Cup – Is three outfits too many?

This weekend, I get to venture off to one of my favourite places in Vancouver – SOUTHLANDS. Southlands stretches all the way from the Fraser River and houses some of the most beautiful properties in all of the lower mainland. This Saturday, the BEAUTIFUL Southlands Riding Club is hosting The Pacific Polo Cup! Guilty pleasure – I LOVE hearing all the fun horse names!

I don’t know what I’m more excited for; the game, or all of the outfits. The Pacific Polo Cup has a number of best-dressed prizes, I’m aiming for Best Dressed Lady! I’ll be in head to toe Noel Asmar, which makes me feel super classy!

I decided that I’m going to go with a pale pastel and white theme, hopefully it doesn’t get too dirty on the tracks! The first look I tried out is a below-the-knee, blush slip dress coupled with a long sleek white cardigan and cream pointed stilettos. I loved this look with/without the cardigan and the pink matched my prada bag perfectly! I actually think I might wear this on Saturday as my outfit of choice from Noel Asmar!

My next look was a warm grey trouser with a white sleeveless pullover. I loved this top both tucked in, and out of the trousers for a more casual feel. The pant/top combo felt a little more equestrian. This sleeveless piece is the best travel companion because it can be styled so many different ways! If you know me, you know I’m always cold, so having a basic that layers great over a button up, turtleneck, dress AND looks great on it’s own, is a dream!

I switched up the trouser look a little by experimenting with a different top. I love taking a classic conservative outfit like dress pants and a button-up and adding a modern, casual twist like this tied-bottom. I have to sprinkle a little Natalie into all my looks!

Shop the Avery Boyfriend shirt here.

My last outfit features this pretty, pale blue t-shirt dress. I love a piece that has a comfortable and casual shape, with an elevated feel. This can be dressed up with heels and dainty accessories, or dressed down with sandals and a jean jacket. If your day plan includes hanging with friends at the beach, and then heading for a night out, this dress is your go-to!

Since I travel so much, I have a tough time finding clothes that pack easily, and come out of the suitcase looking fresh – Noel Asmar’s blouses and sweaters do the trick. Take a peek at some of my favorite travel essentials like this Saje Wellness lotion, and this Biosthetique hair care line. A little bit of self love, coupled with a beautiful fresh white knit is bound to leave you feeling pretty – whether it be to the Pacific Polo Cup, or whatever event your travels bring you to this summer.

I wore 3 dresses to my girlfriends wedding at the Trump Hotel in June…. don’t have a instagram
I had to switch because I had a dress from my fiancée grandmother. She would wear it out to lavish dinner parties, then dance the night away to Big Band.
