My Secret to Stress

In today’s blog post I want to share one of the ways I am able to stay healthy even with my very stressed and hectic lifestyle. Ok confession… I was running myself down about every three months for the last couple years. I went so hard for months at a time that I just couldn’t keep it up. I was becoming physically sick and emotionally and mentally shot. I was forced to take at least a week off which is time I can’t afford to give up. So I pushed through which left me worse off than if I had just taken a sick week. It wasn’t until I was invited into the IV Wellness Boutique in Yaletown that I even realized that I was creating this bad habit for myself and experiencing some very detrimental effects on my health. The team of Naturopathic Doctors offered me a solution for keeping up with my schedule, finding a healthy balance and bringing some consistency and stability into my life.
