Wow, did I ever have fun in the new, stylish and technologically enhanced 2016 Ford Edge. The smooth ride made driving a joy! Who wouldn’t love roomy seating for 5, a quiet and luxurious ride with precise handling.

The Edge took me all over the city; from Eastwood Cycle in Gastown, to my IV appointment in Yaletown, to my fitness shoot on Granville Island, to the Women in PR panel event I was speaking at on South Granville and out to Coquitlam Centre for my Girl in Focus fashion campaign. I even took the Edge further out to the valley to see my grandparents and I never needed to fill up even once.

The Edge is fun, safe and easy to take around town or on vacation with the SYNC3 technology that allows you to search maps, navigate music using voice activations and of course connect your phone via bluetooth that’s so convenient and so necessary.  Such great helpful features for when I’m on the run since there’s no need to interrupt your conference calls to refresh makeup or hair. Saves me time and hassle!

I really found it to be a great vehicle for when my mom and sister wanted to go on an adventure with the bikes. The extra room was perfect for all of our gear. The spacious trunk came in handy too when my cameraman had to pack all of his equipment for our shoot. This is the ideal vehicle to head out for a day at Granville Island exploring, or out to one of our beaches. Just pack up a picnic lunch, some badminton, croquet or frisbee games, rackets, balls, runners, swimsuits, towels, blankets and whatever you’re into, there’s plenty of room for it. Go crazy! The Edge can handle it!

I had so much fun, it was hard to give the Edge back. I even named her, so you know I got attached. This is one vehicle worth checking out. The next generation is definitely here.
